Refund & Returns Policy

All pieces are made to order. Because of this, please double-check your size and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.

Right of withdrawal (EU customers): In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at madebyworking@gmail.com within that window. The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

Exchanges: For a different size, contact us at madebyworking@gmail.com — exchanges are subject to availability given our made-to-order production.

Non-EU customers: Contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return; the same condition requirements apply
